The Sunday Post Meme (139)

Hey everybody! I am participating in a book meme called the Sunday Post which is being hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer! The goal of this meme is to share news you have  on various books and things you’ve read or received and also talk about what is coming up for your blog! Book hauls can include library books, yard sale finds, arcs and bought books and you can share these finds with other book bloggers!

Hey everyone! Not much has really happened to me this week, which is a good thing! I definitely needed a long break from last week's craziness.  Anyway, I've been binge watching both Netflix and Hulu and I've been enjoying the many shows they have to offer, like "iZombie," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" and "Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries." I can't wait to check out more new shows for this week!

One Word: NOTHING.

(NETFLIX)

* I finally got around to watching the 2nd season of this show!  I hope that Liv would be able to make up with her family soon after the events of that *EXPLOSIVE* 1st season!

(NETFLIX/PBS)

* I actually been watching this show on PBS and now that I got Netflix, I'm also binge watching this show on Netflix!  I'm in the second series now and it's great to be able to catch up with all the episodes of this show! I always loved watching time piece period shows like this!

(NETFLIX)

* I have always loved watching "Ninjago" and I was really excited to hear about Lego making another action based series!  Nexo Knights is just as exciting and brilliant as "Ninjago" is and even though Netflix only have the first two seasons so far, I can't wait to watch the rest of this series soon!

(HULU)

* I finally got around to watching the Nickelodeon version of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!"  I have been a huge fan of this franchise ever since I was little and I was so happy to finally be able to watch this series, although I'm thinking about rewatching the 1st season again since I wasn't quite paying attention to everything that was going on.

  1. Glad this week was calmer than last week. This summer I've been looking forward to less crazy, so hopefully that will be the case. I'll have to check out iZombie and the PBS mystery show. I love period dramas. Thanks for stopping by!

  3. I've watched an episode of Miss Fisher's and thought it was pretty good! I need to get back to it at some point. I've been watching a lot of the Brit crime shows too.

  7. I'm glad you had a better week. Uneventful can be a blessing! I've heard such good things about the Phryne Fisher mysteries. My mom really enjoys them. They're on my "to watch" list -- maybe I'd better bump them up a bit!
