The Sunday Post Meme (145)

Hey everybody! I am participating in a book meme called the Sunday Post which is being hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer! The goal of this meme is to share news you have  on various books and things you’ve read or received and also talk about what is coming up for your blog! Book hauls can include library books, yard sale finds, arcs and bought books and you can share these finds with other book bloggers!

Hey everyone! Well, I did it again!  I went out and bought EVEN MORE BOOKS and I'm really happy with this haul!  I was able to get some more books in a series such as "Lunar Chronicles" and "Red Rising."  Although, I need to get the rest of the books in the series first.  Also, I got my own copies of the illustrated Harry Potter books and they look FANTASTIC! I can't wait to read these books soon!

One Word: TIRED.

(NETFLIX)

* Getting a little further into this series and it's fantastic and tragic so far!  I can't wait to see more adventures from the main characters of this series!

(NETFLIX)

* This is honestly an old school show me and my parents really enjoy watching together and I still enjoy this series to this very day (although I never cared for the color seasons since Barney wasn't there and the show just didn't feel the same). Has anyone else have this feeling with your favorite long running show?

(NETFLIX)

* This is a new anime series I just discovered and I'm really enjoying it so far! It reminds me so much of "Inuyasha" as the main character is also part demon and I can't wait to see more of this series!

(NETFLIX)

* I just found out that Netflix actually has this series on their service and I was so happy when I found out! I loved this show when it first came out and now I finally have the chance to rewatch this show again!  I always loved shows that deal with medical drama and this show was perfect in balancing that!

Book Photo Sundays #87: July 29, 2018

Hello everyone! Welcome to "Book Photo Sundays" where you get the chance to showcase photos of your books, bookshelves and book conventions you have gone to!  The goal of this book meme is to basically just post up a photo of the various books you have read or your book hauls on your blog and link back here so that way everyone can check out your wonderful book photos!  You can get your book photos through your Instagram, Tumblr, Twitter, Iphone or any other account where you can get your photos!

#bookphotosundays

So let's get started!

Also, this will be tied into the July Book Photo Sundays Bookstagram Challenge over at Instagram, so please feel free to check it out!

Hello everyone!  Welcome to another Book Photo Sundays!  The first photo is of my rainbow book stack that I did near my makeshift fireplace!  I've been wanting to do a rainbow book stack for a long time now and I finally got the chance to do so!  The second photo is of my copy of the illustrated Harry Potter books and this image came from the Sorcerer's Stone!  I'm so glad that I was able to get an illustrated edition of the Harry Potter series! The artwork is fantastic!

Cover Spotlight #20: July 29th, 2018 - August 5th, 2018

Hey everyone!  I just created a new book meme called "Cover Spotlight" where you get to showcase your favorite book covers!  It can be a book cover from a book you've read years ago, a book cover from a book you just recently read or a book cover from a book that you've never read before, but you still love the cover!  You can also feature multiple book covers instead of one for this meme! This is a weekly meme, which means that the meme starts every Sunday, but you have until the Sunday after that week to post your favorite covers!

To tweet your posts, use this hashtag here:

#coverspotlight

I really love this cover!  I just loved the look of an android foot going into a fancy red shoe!

Stacking the Shelves #57: July 28, 2018

Stacking The Shelves is a book meme created by Tynga's Reviews and Reading Reality and it is about sharing books that you are adding to your shelves, whether it's physical or virtual.  This means including books that you bought from the store or online, books you borrowed from friends or from the library, books you've reviewed, gifts and ebooks!
