It's Monday! What Are You Reading? #8: August 7, 2017

Hello everyone!  This book meme is called "It's Monday!  What Are You Reading?" and basically what you do is share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week.  It's a great post to organize yourself and to visit and comment on other blogs!  This book meme is hosted by The Book Date!

I finally finished reading "Golden Son" by Pierce Brown and I have to say that it was quite an intense and shocking second book in the "Red Rising" series! I never would have expected to see so many betrayals in this book and that ending....OH MY GOODNESS!!!  I'm definitely excited to check out the next book "Morning Star" just to see what happens next!

 

I finally got the chance to pick up "Made You Up" by Francesca Zappia and even though I haven't read this book yet, I'm really excited to see what happens in this book due to hearing so many good things about this book!

The first book I'm going to try to read is Caraval by Stephanie Garber, a book I had just recently bought and planning on reading soon due to hearing so many good things about this book!  The second book I wanted to read is When Dimple Met Rishi by Sandhya Menon, another book I bought recently and I'm really excited to read a book that features a diverse character!  The last book I wanted to read is Dorothy Must Die by Danielle Paige, which I kept hearing some good and bad things about this book. But, I'm really interested in "The Wizard of Oz" lore, so I'm checking out this book anyway!
