Hey everybody! I am participating in a book meme called the Sunday Post which is being hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer! The goal of this meme is to share news you have on various books and things you’ve read or received and also talk about what is coming up for your blog! Book hauls can include library books, yard sale finds, arcs and bought books and you can share these finds with other book bloggers!
Hey everybody!!! I can't believe it's already November! It just seemed like yesterday since Halloween had passed by. Me and my family didn't really do anything on Halloween except eat candy all day (with me eating mostly candy corns and snickers) and also watching some great Halloween movies like "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown," "Corpse Bride," "Scooby Doo on Zombie Island" and of course, "Hocus Pocus!" I hope everyone had a nice Halloween!

I really do nothing for Halloween now that my daughter is grown. We didn't even get candy to give out this year, as we seldom got any trick or treaters. I was never a huge fan, but I liked seeing all the pictures of my friends' young children. They were adorbs.
ReplyDeleteThat's so cute! We normally don't have kids coming to our house for Halloween since we live in a really rural area.
DeleteThat gif for reviews is too funny! I wrote so many for my 31 Days Of Thrills And Chills in October that my head is spinning. LOL And I don't see much of a slow down with ARCs to be done and requests, along with tour reviews. I just have to read all the books. LOL
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday Post
Awesome! 31 reviews is a lot to go through! I wish I could review that many books in one month!
DeleteIt sounds like you had a perfect Halloween! Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks! You too!
DeleteWe watched Hocus Pocus too. I have not seen Corpse Bride, but I've been meaning to. I just forgot about it.
ReplyDeleteI also eat candy corn. We're probably the only two people on earth who do. LMAO.
Hope you have a great week! ~Aleen
Thanks! You too!
DeleteI didn’t do anything on Halloween, either. I ate candy and read blogs. I hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
Thanks! You too!
DeleteSounds like a good Halloween to me! I spent the day working and cleaning up the house, and the evening answering the door and watching Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!
DeleteI love It's a Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! I need more Charlie Brown in my life. Snoopy and Woodstock are too cute! Happy reading, Ronyell! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks! I love Charlie Brown too!
DeleteWe don't do anything for Halloween. Usually I watch scary films but I wasn't even in the mood for that!
ReplyDeleteAgree!
DeleteI'm not a big fan of Halloween, but I get a few kids. Not many. Now I have a ton of candy left over. Time really does fly. We're already into the first week of November. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks! You too!
DeleteI didn't do anything for Halloween either. I didn't even watch any scary movies or eat any Halloween candy. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome and thanks!
DeleteThat sounds like a great way to spend Halloween! Glad you had fun.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you had a great Halloween! This is a wonderful post that I've been seeing around lately.

You're welcome!
DeleteGlad to hear your Halloween was a good one. We stayed at home and watched the few episodes of Stranger Things and ate candy. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen Stranger Things yet, but it sounds great!
DeleteCandy and movies sounds like a wonderful way to relax and enjoy Halloween! We watched The Great Pumpkin too - a true classic. :)
ReplyDeleteExactly! I can't imagine a Halloween without watching the Great Pumpkin!
DeleteI haven't seen It's the Great Pumpkin in so many years. Now I'm nostalgic for it. :) And I've never seen Hocus Pocus.
ReplyDeleteBoth are really good films!
DeleteOh its not Halloween unless you watch Hocus Pocus and The Great Pumpkin!! I love both of those!
ReplyDeleteAnd that nope meme...so good!
I agree! and Thanks!
DeleteSomehow we missed watching the Great Pumpkin this year. I hadn't realized that but now I'm sad! May have to do a do-over. Hope you're having a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks! You too!
DeleteNovember came around so quickly right!? Yikes. I was away over Halloween so didn't do anything! I hope this week and month have been going awesome for you so far!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It's been a pretty good month so far!
