Hey everybody! I am participating in a book meme called the Sunday Post which is being hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer! The goal of this meme is to share news you have on various books and things you’ve read or received and also talk about what is coming up for your blog! Book hauls can include library books, yard sale finds, arcs and bought books and you can share these finds with other book bloggers!
Hey everyone! Not much has really happened this week for me. I just been sitting around binge watching some shows on Netflix and Hulu. Although, me and my family had done a little cleaning around the house and we were able to get so much done, so I'm really happy about that! I'm also getting farther ahead on my NaNoWriMo challenge! I got over 5,000 words so far, but I'm pushing to hit 50,000 words as soon as possible! Is anyone else joining the NaNoWriMo challenge this month? I'm also trying to prepare for my driving test this Wednesday. This is the third time that I'm taking the test and I really want to pass this test this time around, but I keep on getting nervous every time I get in the car with the instructor. I also feel really bad about not passing the test the first two times because it seems easy, but I get so badly nervous that I can't focus clearly on the test. What can I do to calm down my nerves when I'm taking my driver's test?

One Word: NERVOUS!!!
(HULU)
* I'm really enjoying this series! I just love the main character of the show and I loved the way that the show balances drama and comedy all in one!
(YOUTUBE)
* I remembered watching this show when I was still in college and I was so shocked yet entertained by how violent this show was, even though it had a bunch of cute looking characters! I always loved these kinds of shows that are like dark parodies of children's shows!

DeleteGood luck with your driving test. Just take a deep breath and everything will be okay. :) I also joined NaNoWriMo, but I don't think I'll be able to write 50K words.
ReplyDeleteHappy readings! ;)

DeleteGood luck with your driver's test. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteThanks! You too!
DeleteI don't deal with nerves very often because I research things to death and learn as much as possible. It allows me to feel more confidant. There are times when I meet a bunch of new people which is unsettling. In those cases, listen, and ask questions. You learn more and generally people like to talk about themselves (if you are interested). Have a great week. Anne - Books of My Heart
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the advice! I'm actually writing down what I'm learning about driving so that way I would be better prepared for the test this time around.
DeleteGood luck on your driving test. You'll do great!
