Off the Blog:
Hey everyone! I can't believe it's November already! Not much really happened in October, other than me and my family just watching Halloween movies throughout the month. Some of the Halloween themed movies I watched during October was the "Halloweentown" movie series, "The Nightmare Before Christmas," "Beetlejuice" and "Hocus Pocus!" I have always made it a tradition for myself to watch mostly horror themed films in October and I managed to watch a lot of awesome horror movies! I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween!
On the Blog:
I actually managed to read more books this month than I did for September, which is awesome! I also got a ton of book copies from various publishers, which was quite impressive for me since I don't get too many books from publishers. I also got this awesome box set of "Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children" that had photos inside of it and I just loved the creepy photos inside the box set!

Great wrap up!
ReplyDeleteI always think its great to take a look back at the books that are acquired during a month.
ReplyDeleteYep! That, we can start deciding on what books we can read next!
DeleteI read Simon before seeing the movie on DVD this summer. I loved Illuminae and Gemina and now have to read Obsidio. Shadow of the Fox is high on my wish list for my birthday/Christmas as I love Julie Kagawa's books. Have you read City of Ghosts? It was my favorite October book.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I've been hearing lots of good things about City of Ghosts! I wish I could get that book soon!
