Fit Readers Weekly August Check In Update #3







Hello everyone! I'm going to do something a little different for the Fit Readers challenge since I seem to have a difficult time trying to keep up with this challenge. So, I'll update it every week or so to keep up to date with my exercising activities!


Weekly Check-in Aug 19th, 2016

Saturday, August 13th, 2016: No exercising

Sunday, August 14th, 2016: No exercising

Monday, August 15th, 2016:  No exercising

Tuesday, August 16th, 2016:  Walking in Place - 10 minutes

Wednesday, August 17th, 2016:  Walking in Place - 20 minutes

Thursday, August 18th, 2016:  No exercising

Friday, August 19th, 2016:  No exercising

Total minutes: 30 minutes

NOTES: I haven't really done much this week, although I had planned on walking more days than just two.  Hopefully, I can shake things up next week by having a different exercising technique each day just to make this even more interesting!
