The Sunday Post Meme (181)

Hey everybody! I am participating in a book meme called the Sunday Post which is being hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer! The goal of this meme is to share news you have  on various books and things you’ve read or received and also talk about what is coming up for your blog! Book hauls can include library books, yard sale finds, arcs and bought books and you can share these finds with other book bloggers!

Hey everyone! It's been AWHILE since I last did a Sunday Post.  I've been so busy these last few weeks that I barely had time to do a Sunday Post.  Anyway, October had just ended and I managed to watch a good bit of Halloween movies for the month like "Corpse Bride," "The Nightmare Before Christmas," "Beetlejuice," and of course, "Hocus Pocus!"  I had a wonderful Halloween just sitting at home and watching Halloween movies all day!

One Word: NOVEMBER!!!

(DVD)

* Of course I had to see this movie on Halloween!  This is one of my all-time favorite movies to watch during Halloween!  The Sanderson Sisters were easily the best part of this movie and I really loved the song "I Put a Spell on You!"

(DVD)

* This is my all-time favorite Halloween movie!  I always loved watching this movie during Halloween and Jack Skellington is seriously one of my all-time favorite animated characters!  But I want to ask you guys: do you watch this movie during Halloween or during Christmas?

(DVD)

* This is another Tim Burton favorite film that I like to watch during Halloween.  I can't believe that I actually loved the titular Corpse Bride in this film! She has so much personality that I can't help but love her!

(DVD)

* This is my all-time favorite Disney Channel original movie and it's one that I always watch during the Halloween season!  What's your favorite Disney Channel original movie?

How did you spend your Halloween?

  2. I watch horror movies all year long but I didn't watch too many during October. I did see parts of Addams Family Values. On Halloween morning, I did have the TV on AMC while I carving pumpkins so I did see parts of Halloween 4 & 5.
